MiSync
MiSync is a workstation and server side solution for directly synchronizing contacts, calendars, activities and tasks between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Exchange Server.
Synchronization is provided in both one way "push" mode from Dynamics CRM to Exchange, and two way "full sync" mode.
MiSync is perfect for organizations whose CRM users can't always login to a PC and use the CRM Outlook Client based synchronizations. By using server side synchronization you can:
- Support access to calendars and contacts through Outlook Web Access (or Web Outlook) - perfect for organizations that are spread across multiple timezones or countries.
- Support email clients such as Microsoft Entourage - allowing Mac OSX users access to shared folders in exchange containing CRM contacts, appointments and tasks.
- Ensure Exchange based calendars are always synchronized with Dynamics CRM calendars - a must have for financial services, banking and insurance organizations where shared access to up-to-date calendars is required.
