iScore Integrated Customer Data (ICD) collects information from many different sources and automatically groups all of the same customers, players or members into one Universal Customer or Player ID.

For Sporting organisations the difficult process of changing all the clubs, associations, state and national bodies to use the same software is no longer required.

Delivered through the Internet it's easy to use and aimed at people who don't have a lot of experience with computers, as well as providing some complex mapping and statistics for experienced people. 

Volunteers and community support staff can use iScore ICD to look at information, tabular reports, graphical charts and simple or complex mapping/spatial presentation.

Experienced staff can include statistical information from organisations like the Australian Bureau of Statistics to do forecasting of population trends and growth patterns to ensure community facilities are located in the correct locations, and correlate customer/player numbers against facilities, geographic areas and competitors.

As well as automated de-duplication and dynamic operation, iScore ICD makes it simple to add historical information stored on paper or incompatible electronic formats and include it on your information or reports.
